General Product Questions
1. What products do you supply?
We trade in sustainably farmed Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae and their by-products, including larvae, oil, and frass (castings). They’re packed with protein, healthy fats, and micronutrients—ideal for pets, plants, and the planet.
2. Are BSF products safe and proven?
Yes. BSF is a natural, bioavailable protein and oil source, widely studied for use in pet feed, aquaculture, poultry, and horticulture. Frass is an organic, chitin-rich fertilizer with strong data on soil and plant benefits. The larvae and meals are often easily digestible and rich in essential amino acids, calcium, and antimicrobial peptides, making it ideal for dogs, chickens, reptiles, birds, and fish.
3. Are your products 100% natural?
Absolutely. All our products are free from additives, fillers, antibiotics, preservatives, or chemicals. We believe in letting nature do the work—with minimal processing, and maximum integrity.
Quality & Certifications
4. What quality standards do your suppliers meet?
We only source from facilities that are GMP+ and HACCP certified. Every production partner must meet strict hygiene, processing, and traceability standards.
5. Are your products traceable?
Yes. All BSF products are batch-tracked from input feedstock to finished goods, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
6. What do you mean by “plant-based feed”?
We work exclusively with BSF farms that use 100% plant-based feedstock, ensuring consistent quality and stronger sustainability credentials.
7. Do your products meet global regulations?
Yes. Products comply with EU, UK, and US feed and fertilizer regulations (e.g. AAFCO, DEFRA, EU 767/2009). Supporting documentation is available on request.
